Self Defense is a major issue in today's society, Often times when people are faced in a life-threatening situation, they either panic and submit to the threat & dangers and even to the well-trained martial artist, they choke-up and could not execute what they were trained for.

note: this is not the fault of the Martial Arts, nor the Martial Artist - Martial Art instructors trains differently even in the same styles. Some Martial Arts Instructors focuses on different aspects & philosophy, it comes down to what is in the training curriculum of the Martial Art/self defense classes
